The Women’s Empower-HER Network Mentorship Program is designed to connect, uplift, and inspire women across all stages of life and career. Through meaningful one-on-one mentorship, participants build confidence, develop leadership skills, and gain valuable insight to help them thrive both personally and professionally.

Our program runs throughout the year, with mentors and mentees meeting regularly to share experiences, set goals, and grow together. Participants are asked to commit fully to the mentorship relationship, maintain open communication, and uphold a positive, professional outlook throughout the program.

All applications will be thoughtfully reviewed by the Empower-HER Network Board, which will select mentee and mentor pairings based on criteria such as industry, goals, and shared interests. The board will make final decisions regarding acceptance into the program each year. Previous applications will remain on file for future consideration, and alternates may be assigned as needed. Each pairing will also have a designated board member who checks in periodically to ensure the relationship is positive and mutually beneficial. The board reserves the right to adjust or end pairings at any time if necessary to maintain the integrity of the program.

A formal code of conduct applies to all participants, emphasizing professionalism, mutual respect, empowerment, collaboration, and growth. Mentees selected for the 2026 program will submit a $250 participation fee by February 1, 2026, which may be paid personally, by an employer, or through sponsorship. If assistance is needed, we can help you explore available options. This fee helps cover any Empower-Her or Mentor-Her hosted events, attended by the mentee or mentor during the program.

The Mentor-HER Program is made possible in part by our annual fundraising efforts — including the Galentine’s Day Party and Bunco for the Bag event — which support program resources, networking opportunities, and continued growth.
