Our Purpose
The Empower-Her Network was created through the Coshocton County Chamber of Commerce as a platform for women to build meaningful relationships, exchange knowledge, and support one another’s growth both personally and professionally. Whether you are an entrepreneur, a seasoned professional, a community leader, or just starting out—Empower-Her is here to walk alongside you. Through programming, mentorship, and events, we provide a space for women to thrive, lead, and lift each other up.
Mentorship Program
Launching in 2026, our Mentorship Program is designed to build intentional, one-on-one relationships between experienced women leaders and women seeking guidance and support in their personal or professional journey. We believe mentorship is a powerful tool that not only helps individuals grow but strengthens our community as a whole.

Outreach Program
Our Lunch & Learn series offers informative, engaging sessions that cover a range of relevant topics such as leadership, wellness, personal finance, communication, work-life balance, and more. These events are designed to educate, empower, and connect women in a casual and welcoming setting over lunch.

The Empower-Her Network also hosts networking and social gatherings throughout the year to foster deeper community ties, celebrate our wins, and simply have fun. These events are open to all women looking to build authentic connections and expand their professional and personal networks.
