Community Improvement Awards

Jessie Bates is the owner of Bexley Ann’s Boutique located at 237 Main Street, Coshocton. She began her shop in November of 2019. Bexley Ann’s started as a children’s boutique offering clothing, accessories and Mommy & Me matching outfits. Soon after they expanded into women’s clothing S-3X and women’s accessories. They quickly outgrew the smaller side of the building and switched side the Sheree’s Salon next door. They have also expanded into carrying more merchandise and added shoes, home decor, maternity and a small men’s section. Once they moved into the new side, their business has really taken off and grown. If you have not shopped in this darling store on Main Street, you are missing out. Stop by and remember supporting your local community is important.

Noah Gallagher, Manager of Papa John’s Coshocton accepted the Community Improvement Award at the Chamber Quarterly luncheon in April. Owners Joe and Jeni Hogue were unable to be at the meeting, but their investment into Coshocton County has been impressive. In December, the Chamber of Commerce was able to host a Ribbon Cutting for the new $850,000 building on Cambridge Road that houses the new Papa John’s with an additional two more store fronts that are ready to move into. The project used local contractors, has a drive-thru window, and 10 employees. Thank you, Joe and Jeni Hogue, for choosing to invest in Coshocton!

The Coshocton County Chamber of Commerce looks forward each quarter to recognize businesses, non-profits, and individuals that make our community a better place to live or work. If you would like to nominate a business or organization for this award, please contact Amy Crown at the Coshocton Chamber office by calling 740.622.5411 or via email to amycrown@coshoctonchamber.com.
